Impextrom S.L. ships all its orders through various transport companies, so that our customers can choose the service they prefer.

The transport agency will take the products to your home. If there is no one at your home to collect the order, you must contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery. If there is any problem with the delivery, you can contact us at the email contacto@impextrom.com and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
The delivery time, barring any unforeseen circumstances, is stipulated between 24-48 business hours in the Peninsula and 48-72 hours to the Balearic Islands, from the departure of the package from our facilities. We are not responsible for possible delays by the carrier.
Orders that are paid for by cash on delivery and by credit card before 19:10h will be sent on the same day. After that time, you will not be able to add anything to your order and if you place it, it will be sent the next day. Orders placed with other forms of payment will be sent when payment is verified.
Impextrom reserves the right to modify the transport company, whenever we deem it appropriate to guarantee delivery within the deadlines indicated above.
All management fees or taxes of a local, regional or national nature (DUA, IGIC...etc) will be paid by the customer.
Orders sent cash on delivery have an extra commission that will be calculated at the time of placing the order.
